Return within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

• Proof: Order confirmation or receipt required.

• Outcome: Your choice of exchange, store credit, or refund (refunds go to the original payment method).

• Costs: Return postage is covered by you for change-of-mind/size exchanges.

Not returnable (unless faulty): Underwear, socks, swimwear, headwear, personalised/monogrammed items, final-sale/clearance items, and anything marked “non-returnable”.

If your item arrived faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, it's our bad.

• Tell us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos.

• We’ll arrange a prepaid return label or equivalent and offer repair, replacement, or refund according to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

• This policy does not limit your rights under the ACL.
